Anne Harter Dolid is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Walnut Creek Office. Ms. Dolid’s practice focuses on assisting public agency clients in student, governance, and labor and employment matters.

Experience

Ms. Dolid provides comprehensive legal counsel to public school districts on a variety of matters. Before practicing law, she served as a school administrator for nearly 20 years, bringing extensive, firsthand experience in employee management and labor negotiations. Her background includes hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff, as well as serving as the lead negotiator throughout the collective bargaining process.

Education

Ms. Dolid received her Juris Doctor degree from the Golden Gate University School of Law, a Master of Arts in Education from the City College of New York, CUNY, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Davis. During law school, Ms. Dolid was a multiple recipient of the CALI award.
