Ms. Syed handles disability accommodation, discrimination, and civil rights issues. She has expertise in administrative hearings, appeals, and investigations. She also conducts neutral investigations into alleged policy violations. Her broad skill set includes drafting legally compliant policies, conducting trauma-informed interviews, and investigating various misconduct allegations. Ms. Syed is also an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH).
