Experience
Ms. Lochab routinely assists public agencies in a variety of labor and employment matters including Certificated and Classified discipline and dismissal procedures, collective bargaining agreements, and claims of discrimination and harassment. Her labor and employment practice also includes assisting clients with responses to workplace complaints, contract interpretation, and investigations. Ms. Lochab advises clients regarding compliance with state and federal laws, as well as drafting and revising board policies and administrative regulations.
Education
Ms. Lochab earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California at Davis, King Hall School of Law. During law school, Ms. Lochab served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy, and was a board member of the Law Student's Association and the King Hall Labor and Employment Law Association. She also worked at the Sacramento Superior Court and the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. Ms. Lochab earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
