Nisha Dale is Senior Counsel in Lozano Smith's Fresno office. Her practice is dedicated to serving public agencies in the areas of municipal law and student issues.

Experience

Ms. Dale serves as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Madera and provides general counsel services to both municipal and school district clients. She has successfully represented clients in administrative hearings as well as in civil litigation and is a skilled negotiator who works with opposing counsel to find creative resolutions in accordance with the client’s needs.

Ms. Dale offers a wide range of services to clients, including consultations on Public Records Act requests and other legal matters. She presents workshops and training on various issues relating to state and federal law and is experienced in providing day-to-day legal services.

Education

Ms. Dale earned her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Merced.
