Nisha Dale is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Fresno office. Her practice is dedicated to serving public agencies in the areas of municipal law and student issues.
Prior to joining Lozano Smith, Ms. Dale worked for a Public Defender's Office where she represented youth in juvenile delinquency court. She analyzed the strength of various misdemeanor and felony cases, appeared for all court hearings, advised clients, litigated legal issues, and found creative sentencing alternatives. As part of her practice, Ms. Dale conducted additional investigation, attended expulsion hearings and requested necessary discovery.
