Experience

Ms. Hernández advises clients in employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and leave law issues under federal and California law. Ms. Hernández also has experience drafting motions, mediation briefs, demand letters, and other employment-related filings.

Ms. Hernández represents clients through all phases of civil litigation, including deposition preparation, motion practice, and trial preparation. She has worked on complex employment, tort, and contract-related matters in both state and federal court. In addition, Ms. Hernández served as a law clerk to a judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where she conducted legal research, analyzed complex litigation issues, and drafted orders addressing dispositive motions and evidentiary matters.

Ms. Hernández also has experience conducting and supporting workplace investigations. Her background includes interviewing witnesses, evaluating credibility, reviewing factual records, drafting investigative materials, and assisting with strategy and dispute resolution efforts.

Education

Ms. Hernández earned her Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with minors in Spanish, Psychology, and Law from the University of Southern California.
