Karmdeep “TJ” Gill is an Associate in Lozano Smith’s Fresno Office. Mr. Gill represents public agencies in a wide range of municipal and litigation matters.

Experience

Mr. Gill provides thorough legal analysis, drafting dispositive motions and pleadings, and supporting clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-trial proceedings through trial and post-trial review. He brings extensive courtroom and trial experience, including jury trials and complex motion practice, and is skilled in evaluating constitutional, employment, contract, and due process issues.

Mr. Gill earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, and he received his Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Los Angeles.
