Experience

Sarah Salvini has experience in negotiating orders and agreements, including redevelopment and property cleanup matters. She has experience with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and federal compliance with hazardous substances. Her experience extends to matters involving the Coastal Act and Public Records Act. Sarah is skilled in developing and implementing negotiation strategies, preparing formal legal documents, and conducting extensive legal research.

Ms. Salvini received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law where she was a UCI Law Environmental Law Fellow. She was awarded the California Lawyers Association Environmental Law Section Michael H. Remy Scholarship and the Women Lawers Association of San Luis Obispo Scholarship and was President of the Environmental Law Society. Ms. Salvini graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies, cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley.
