Mr. Singh received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University's School of Law, where he was an Executive Board Member of the Honors Moot Court program, a Fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy, served as President and Vice President for the Criminal Law Society, and was Internal Vice President for the South Asian Law Society. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento.
