He conducted legal research and prepared legal briefs for immigration court, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Rodriguez also has extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiations with local municipalities.

Mr. Rodriguez earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School. Mr. Rodriguez earned his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology & Social Behavior, as well as in Criminology Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine.
