Sinead M. McDonough is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Sacramento office. Her practice is primarily focused on the labor and employment aspects of public agency law, and also assists clients with charter school, facilities and business issues.

Ms. McDonough frequently advises public agency clients on matters related to employee leaves, reasonable accommodations, disciplinary proceedings, the collective bargaining process, and anything in between.
Education
Ms. McDonough earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California at Davis, King Hall School of Law. During law school, she served as a member and Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review, and was a board member and 1L Competition Chair of the UC Davis Moot Court Honors Board. She was also a member of the student-run Gender and Name Change Clinic, and served as a skills tutor for first-year law students. Ms. McDonough earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
