Title IX Training

Title IX Training Series

Expanded Curriculum

Join us for a comprehensive training series focused on successful implementation and handling of both employee and student Title IX complaints. Lozano Smith attorneys will focus on the 2024 Title IX Regulations effective August 1, 2024, which expand the number of complaints processed under Title IX.

We will also cover key topics, including trauma-Informed questioning, bias, and relevancy, while outlining strategies to ensure compliance with the 2020 Title IX Regulations for corresponding incidents.

Training Topics and Dates

The series will kick-off with a training primarily designed for Title IX Coordinators, followed by two additional robust trainings designed for directors, managers, administrators, supervisors, and Title IX Coordinators. Your Title IX team will benefit from all trainings which progressively build on each other.

Each session in the series will be presented twice to ensure you have convenient dates to choose from during July and August.
