Kinna P. Crocker, associate in Lozano Smith's Santa Rosa Office, was recently published in Intercom, the official publication of the California Association of Supervisors and Child Welfare & Attendance (CASCWA). Ms. Crocker's article, "OCR Issues Guidance on Sexual Violence in Schools", informed Intercom readers that the Office for Civil Rights has been working to increase awareness and prevention of sexual violence in the school system, in conjunction with Title IX. Also pictured in CASCWA's May 2011 issue of Intercom were Lozano Smith attorneys who presented at CASCWA's Annual State Conference in April 2011: Dulcinea Grantham, shareholder; Kimberly Gee, associate; Summer Dalessandro, senior counsel; and Sloan Simmons, shareholder.
