Overview

Sei-Hee Park is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Los Angeles Office. Ms. Park primarily represents public school district clients on issues related to facilities and business and charter schools.

Experience

Ms. Park regularly prepares, and reviews bid documents in compliance with Public Contract Code requirements and supports clients with bid protests. She also provides counsel relating to a wide range of business, facilities, and real estate contracts, including construction contracts, lease agreements, and professional service consultant agreements. Ms. Park provides counsel on numerous charter school related issues, including compliance with oversight role as charter authorizers, and review of charter petitions. Ms. Park's expertise extends to Brown Act compliance, conflict of interest requirements, and governance.

Education

Ms. Park earned her Juris Doctorate from the Pepperdine University School of Law where she was managing editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and on the Moot Court Board. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University where she was a founding member and secretary of N.K. Focus, a human rights awareness organization.
