Overview

Amanda C. Savage is Senior Counsel in Lozano Smith's Fresno office. She is dedicated to serving public agencies and is an active member of the firm's Municipal and Facilities and Business Practice Groups.

Experience

Ms. Savage most recently served the United States Navy as a civilian Management and Program Analyst Officer. During her tenure, she skillfully interpreted regulations and policies, and implemented program requirements across the Navy's African and European Areas of Responsibility. She has also practiced as a civil litigation attorney where she prepared numerous cases for trial in the areas of breach of contract, landlord tenant disputes, insurance bad faith, and wrongful termination. Ms. Savage is experienced in various aspects of negotiations, mediations, depositions, discovery, and motions practice.

Education

Ms. Savage earned her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business from Tulane University. While in law school, Ms. Savage was a participant at the National NALSA Moot Court and the Harvard Food Law Leadership Summit. She also served as the treasurer for the Native American Law Student Association.
