Claire J. Chang is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Fresno office. She is dedicated to serving public agencies and is an active member of the firm's Labor and Employment, Student and Litigation Practice Groups.
Ms. Chang previously served as a defense attorney with the County of Fresno. There, she developed valuable litigation skills through conducting jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and various types of pre-trial and post-judgment motions. In law school, Ms. Chang served as a legal extern with the County of Orange, California Army National Guard, and for two California Superior Court judges.
Ms. Chang earned her law degree from Whittier Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach. While in law school, Ms. Chang was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board, the Student Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
