DetailsIn this session we will discuss recent changes in the law related to leaves as well as frequently asked questions for the 2020-2021 school year.
Covered issues will include:
• Leave options for employee leaves related to COVID-19 and recent changes to CFRA leave effective January 1, 2021, including expanding CFRA to cover employers with less than 50 employees and expansion of who qualifies as a family member.
• Notice requirements when there is COVID-19 cases or exposure at the work site, under both Assembly Bill 685 and the new temporary emergency COVID-19 Prevention regulations adopted by the California Occupational Safety & Health Standards Board.
