Nearly one-third of our workforce is of a minority race and more than half are women. We strive to make our office environment one of respect and understanding. We work to increase sensitivity and awareness among our employees through a variety of methods, including diversity workshops twice a year for all employees. We are proud to enjoy a long history of respecting differences, such as offering health benefits to domestic partners long before the law required. We are proactive in fostering an atmosphere of inclusion not just within our own walls, but also reaching out to our communities through scholarships, sponsorship and attendance of minority events.
