Linnea G. Schuster is an Associate in Lozano Smith's Monterey office. Ms. Schuster's practice focuses on special education and student issues faced by public agency clients.
Experience
Ms. Schuster recently served as a Law Clerk for the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals, where she drafted legal memoranda and appellate orders and opinions and performed in-depth legal research on a variety of topics to assist the judicial panel in decision-making. She also has extensive experience working for elected officials, and has served as a Law Clerk for a United States Senator where she conducted legal and policy research focusing on drug pricing and broader public health issues.
Education
Ms. Schuster earned her J.D. (cum laude) from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Willamette University. In law school, she was a Patsy Takemoto Mink Legislative Fellow.
