Mr. Gleizer is experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts including leases, management agreements, assignments of interests, employment agreements, and purchase agreements. He has also assisted clients with preparing employee handbooks and employee training materials. He frequently leads sexual harassment trainings for clients.
Education
Mr. Gleizer earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he received the Dean's Merit Scholarship. He has also received the Palmer Center Certificate in Law and Entrepreneurship and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution Certificate. He received a B.A. in History from the University of California, San Diego.
